- Creating an account, building a gallery and publishing it are free. Optional one-time purchases, no subscription: extra work slots $3 each (up to 15 works per room), an extra exhibition room $25 each (its full 15 slots included, repeatable), the Video Pass $20 (exhibit video works, buy once), a storage pack $10 each (+1GB, buy any quantity, repeatable), layouts $5 each, themes $8 each. Prices are shown before you confirm, in the currency your payment provider presents. A joint exhibition — a show several artists open together — is charged once per run, by the length of the run: 7 days $15, 14 days $25, 30 days $40. The run ends on its own; nothing renews.

- None from us. You are responsible for your own internet connection. Any consumption tax or VAT is shown at checkout.

- At the time you confirm the purchase.
- Delivery
- Immediately on payment confirmation — the upgrade unlocks in your dashboard. A joint exhibition opens at the start date and time you pick before paying (right after payment, if you leave it blank), stays open for the number of days you bought, and the show and its URL are removed 7 days after the run ends.
- Returns and cancellation
- Upgrades are digital goods delivered immediately, so they are not refundable once unlocked, except where the law requires otherwise. If an upgrade does not unlock after you were charged, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. If we ever close the service entirely, we give at least 90 days’ notice and, on request during that period, refund any one-time upgrade bought in the 12 months before the announcement. - System requirements
- A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox on desktop or mobile. The 3D gallery needs WebGL; where it is unavailable, exhibitions fall back to a flat list of works.
